Table Tops

HOBIS GATE table tops are designed so that you can use the desk area to its limit and find the ideal position for your monitor. We ensure the maximum comfort by offering corner desks with ergonomic tops which comply with the Czech Standard ČSN EN 527–1.

The table top is 25 mm thick and it has a 2 mm ABS edge which helps to protect the desks from damage. A practical grommet takes care of PC or desk lamp cables and leads the cables below the table top, where they are fastened by smartly designed cable clamps. You can be sure that the cables will not entangle and will not be in the way when you work. The desks construction complies with the high quality and ergonomy requirements stipulated in the Czech standard ČSN EN 527–1 and thus, the desks also comply with the following standards: EN 527–2, ČSN EN 527–3, ČSN 910001 and ČSN 910100.

Footing

If you are fond of your privacy, you will surely appreciate that both the sides and the bar are made of solid plates. The plates are 18 mm thick and they are provided with a 2 mm ABS edges on their inner and outer side to ensure their endurance. Legs are supplied with highly adjustable feet which allow you to adjust the desk by up to 1.5 cm in case of floor irregularities. Your working area will thus always be perfectly horizontal. Stability is ensured by the bar, also called the stretcher, which connects both legs of the table. The stretcher is made of a solid, 18 mm thick plate.

Assembly

The HOBIS GATE product line offers 106 elements which you can combine in different ways thanks to the simple linking system. You can thus assemble a desk combination according to your needs. Moreover, you can always easily enhance your combination by new elements. The linking system is automatically a part of every element. Desk elements are packed securely and separately, which contributes to the efficient delivery of the desk to your office. Every package contains a concise assembly guide.
